My brother had two obsessions when he was a boy. He loved the sega game gear and he loved his gameboy advance game. He had a lot of both of them, and he played with them all the time. It was hard for him to play by himself though, so I tired to play with him. I wasn’t a huge fan of either one, so I suspect that he didn’t have much fun with me. I really didn’t know what I was doing, and I didn’t know a lot about the toys. He loved them though, and he would spend hours by himself with them on a rainy day.

Some of them were expensive, and he knew he couldn’t have every single one of them that he wanted.

They will love the older ones, but you may still have to buy some of the newer ones that are on the market if that is something they are into.
